This song is NOT representative of the Suede arsenal. I could suggest at least 30 other songs from Suede that bury this track. Suede were going thru some unfortunate issues whilst making this album and it's just a bit off. Still better than most anything being churned out by the industry at the time. Saw them live. Brilliant visuals too. I bought Autobahn in 74. Yes I'm old lol. Followed their career ever since. They were never prolific in their releases. Their pinnacle for me was Computer World in 81. Please check it out. So revolutionary at the time and still a classic to me 👌

Gone too soon. Apart from Chrissie and Nark McEntee, some recognition for the bass player, Rick Grossman. His appearance on the Australian Story doco about 15 years ago, detailing his struggles with addiction and his recruitment to the Hoodoo Gurus, was an eye opener and took great courage. Recommend.

This one of my favorites. Morten could sing the phonebook I think this song it's about a guy dying. (Blood in my hair, hands touch my body from everywhere, but I know I've made it as I run into the air). Very dark but beautiful.
